The name *Mystic Whirl* draws inspiration from the poetic wisdom of Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Balkhī AKA Rumi, the revered 13th-century Sufi mystic whose teachings speak of the swirling dance of the soul. Just as a whirl spins with purpose, energy, and grace, our path to higher self is a dynamic journey — one that requires discipline, courage, and devotion. To reach the heights of self-awareness and love, we must allow ourselves to be carried by the swirling currents of self-discovery, embracing both the tumult and beauty of transformation. It’s in this sacred dance — the whirl — that true connection to our higher self unfolds.

Six years ago, I began my  journey of coaching, driven by a desire to empower women to break free from limiting patterns and embrace their authentic selves. In 2022, I expanded that journey by creating a curated collection of teas and coffees — carefully crafted blends designed to nurture not just the body, but the soul. Today, Mystic Whirl offers a space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner light  through both nourishing sips and empowering guidance.
